Rambus LPCAMM2 Client Chipset Performance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Rambus LPCAMM2 Client Chipset enables the operation of LPCAMM2 modules up to the maximum data rate of LPDDR5X\/T memory (9.6G+). LPCAMM2 overcomes the previous limitation of LPDDR memory in PCs wherein the LPDDR DRAM devices had to be soldered down to the motherboard.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The PMIC5200 receives a high voltage input and steps it down to the voltages needed to power the LPDDR DRAM and all other chips on the module. This architecture supports greater power efficiency and finer grain control of supply currents.<\/p>
