2020 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since August 2022, where he is responsible for the global finance organization, with responsibility for financial management, planning, tax, treasury, controls, and reporting. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance for Rambus.<\/p><p>Prior to joining Rambus, Mr. Lynch served as Vice President of Finance at Renesas Electronics, a leading global semiconductor company, where he was head of U.S. finance.
